Who is she? A seasoned executive search consultant. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, she is a member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés du Québec.
What has she done? At the start of her career, she held generalist and executive positions in human resources with a financial group, an accounting firm and an airline. In 1986, she migrated to a major management consulting firm, running its executive search department for three years. In 1994, she created Abécassis Conseil en recherche de cadres, a firm which earned its reputation by carrying out multiple executive search mandates to the satisfaction of a clientele coming from various industries.
What do people say about her? That she is methodical, humane, efficient, professional and a good listener. She also understands convergence, which allows her to find the best candidates.
